About

I’ve always been the one who sees what others might miss — the nuance, the unspoken patterns, the big picture hiding just behind the noise.
People come to me for clarity, but stay because they feel deeply seen.

I’m both a quiet observer and a bold guide — someone who instinctively tunes into the dynamics at play, whether through coaching and consulting work or simply noticing what no one’s saying.

Over the years, I’ve become the person others turn to when things feel tangled. Whether it’s a team dynamic that needs recalibrating or a personal pattern that keeps repeating, I help bring the hidden into the light — not to fix, but to understand.
From that place of understanding, we can choose something different. Something more true.

Much of my perspective has been shaped by both the pace of modern business and the quiet wisdom of nature. After years working across industries — from brand strategy to hotel operations — I began to see how often people were trapped in systems of “shoulds.” In my own life, it was time outdoors that taught me a different rhythm. One where every season has value, and growth doesn’t always look linear.

That insight now runs through all I do. Whether we’re coaching online or hiking together in West Flanders, I hold space for what’s real — and for what’s next.

Coach, consultant, and quiet disruptor — I work with individuals and organisations ready to move beyond “shoulds” and step into something more aligned, grounded, and real.

I earned my certification as a Psychological Counsellor & Business Coach through the state-approved programme at the Institut für Lernsysteme (ILS) in Hamburg. This 2-year training combined both theory and practice, giving me a solid foundation in coaching.

With over a decade of experience across diverse industries and cultures — from brand strategy and leadership to hotel management and field marketing — my approach is built on intuition, curiosity, and deep listening. The synergy of formal education and hands-on experience allows me to guide individuals and organisations with a rich, holistic perspective.

Whether I’m coaching an individual or consulting with a team, my work centres around one question:

What’s actually true for you — and what would change if you honoured that?

In a world full of pressure to perform, produce, and push through, I help people and organisations pause. To reflect. To realign. To move forward from a place that’s rooted — not rushed.

For Individuals

I offer coaching that supports deep inner clarity. We untangle limiting patterns, make space for your full self, and find grounded next steps that feel like you — not a version of you performing for the world.

This isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about remembering who you are, and creating from that place.

For Women based in West Flanders, Belgium

Discover The Hive Within — a nature-based community where women slow down, reconnect, and grow from within.
Real transformation doesn’t mean becoming more — it begins by coming home to who you already are.

For Organisations

I work with teams and leaders navigating change, culture, and complexity. Whether it’s building trust, improving communication, or redefining how work gets done — I bring an outside perspective that helps surface what’s not working and shape what could.

Think of me as a sparring partner, a mirror, and a gentle disruptor — someone who helps you see clearly and move meaningfully.
